We obtain a copy of the credit reports. If the client does not have a copy, we have several free-trial credit monitoring sites that we can recommend to obtain all 3 major bureau reports. Once we have the reports, we can put a consultation together and call the client in within as quick as 10 minutes. We explain to the client why they are where they are, what we can do for the client, what they don’t need our help for, how much it will cost, and how quickly we can get them started. From there, we gather Payment, Signatures, Copies of Identification, Social Security Card, and Proof of Address (if necessary).
